CAN I COLOR MY HAIR?

Yes. Kyles Kollection is 100% raw unprocessed hair that can be colored and bleached as desired. However, it is recommended to consult a professional.

DOES HAIR REQUIRE MAINTENANCE?

Yes. Treat the hair like your own. Use good quality shampoo and conditioning products. It is important to shampoo and condition the hair to keep it soft and manageable. 

HOW LONG WILL MY HAIR LAST?

We put no expiration date on our hair. With good maintenance, this hair can last a lifetime. Please remember that excessive heat and/or color will result in a reduction of hair quality. 

DOES THIS HAIR SHED?

Manufactured or manipulated hair is expected to experience minimum shedding. Also, if you cut your tracks and/or tape-ins - that may occur. You may seal the wefts to prevent hair from shedding. To help with shedding, each bundle is double-wefted - while tape-ins are super double-drawn. Remember, proper maintenance.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP & HOW LONG IS SHIPPING? 

Our processing time frame is 3-5 days for in stock items and 5-10 business days to prepare before your order is shipped for out of stock items, Shipping takes 1-4 business days once it leaves our facility. Once the order is shipped, we will email the tracking number to the address provided. Orders will be shipped via UPS or USPS carriers. 

CAN I CHANGE OR MODIFY MY ORDER?

Unfortunately, order modifications is not allowed once placed.

MY ITEMS ARE LOST OR STOLEN. HOW DO I GET A REFUND?

Kyles Kollection is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items. Due to the nature of the products, all sales are FINAL. Please inspect your order upon delivery, and if there is an issue - contact us within 48 hours of delivery. You must contact the shipping carrier directly for further assistance.
